Hello there

There is a general meeting to be held after the event, and before the drinking,  We don't want this to take too long, but the general agenda is as below -

1) Election of System Ref
2) Verbal Updates from the Executive
3) Update on the Caravan/Prop Storage
4) Vote on Minimum Player Age
5) AOB

Printed agenda will be made available on the day.
