Can everyone please be aware that currently the level of bookings for this event are too low to make the event viable.
If the booking situation does not improve by the end of the month then serious consideration will need to be given to canceling the event based on a lack of numbers.
If everyone who has expressed an interest books then there will be no problem. However this is not yet the case.
So if you have said you intend to attend and have yet to sort out booking please do soon as soon as possible.
If you are waiting for pay day then please contact jD and let him know that situation. If we don't know your circumstances then we can't help.

OK so some people have asked me about the membership situation how it works, when they have to pay it and how much it is.
First off membership is 20 pounds.
Secondally who owes it before the next event. Anyone who voted or stood for a position at the meeting held after the last event owes the money.
For new players or players that are returning having not stood or voted in the elections you are not required to pay before the next event. However should you wish to have your downtimes post the next event then membership will be due. If you play the event and decide you don't want to come again then sorry to hear that, but you won't need to pay membership.
For people who crew this event. You do not need to be a member to crew, and you will still get advances in feats and downtime for your crewing. However before you can play said character you will need to pay membership.
I hope that explains the situation.
