Personal FeatsThis is oddly a follow on from the hacking cards thread
Personal Feats, snake wrangle, snake strike, what would masters do etc. Not many people know that they exist or how to get em. I am only going to go on the ones that I have been involved in giving out.
A general guidline to them.
1) They tend to be rare, dont expect to get one.
2) They tend to be given out for exceptional acts, or actions. Essentially the refs need to stop and say "wow".
3) the last two that were given out, where given to Mark and rick, the one for Masters applied to his new character!
5) the more powerful the feat, the less it can be used.
6) No matter who nominates you for one, it's going to go ta system ref(s), so that we are happy that the feat is balanced and fits in the rules and also deserve it.
7) It will be the refs who nominate you.
 the feat itself will normally be in someway related to the action you are involved in.
9) I think only seven have been given out, and I believe no single player has recieved more than one.
