I am actually alive, and I would like to say the followingDear All
I’m very sorry that I haven’t been in touch. Unfortunately I have not been well and I have also taken on a new full-time job. This has meant the time I have for Stargate has been reduced substantially.
However, this doesn’t mean that once the financial problems have resolved themselves (one day personnel will manage to work out when I started, and the tax office realise my previous employers were idiots) that I won’t run an SG event. What it means is that, with your support, I will be running, a little later than hoped, in mid summer.
So, at the moment there are no fixed dates and I realise this is inconvenient to you. The state of my health has meant that it has been difficult for me to focus outside work, which where it is no excuse, I offer it up as an apology.
However I hope that we will be able to run an event at the beginning of July.
If people want to run a player event then I have no problems with this. What I do ask is that one of my people is present, if not me then Andrew, James, Eddie and Liz are in the loop. I am sure that one of them will be free.
I am so very happy that SG has meant so much to you and that you are enthusiastic for this kind of event, frankly it’s as flattering as hell and I love you all.
