Greetings all.

Looking forward to dyi... err I mean playing on the next event?

We, well more specifically Rob and Tonya need help. On the Thursday of the event they will be leaving sunny Broadstairs in Kent, and driving to just outside of Hinckley, Leicestershire to the storage caravan. As the caravan is a bit battered, the kit will need to be transported to the event in Rob's truck and trailer.

However, there is alot of stuff, and Rob and Tonya will need help in getting it out of the caravan and into the truck.

If any of you are in the Leicester/Midlands area and are willing to spend an hour helping out that would be very much appreciated. Rob hopes to get to the caravan about 5pm.

Please PM Rob on either his admin-rob or Alan Freeman ID if you can help and he can pass on the details etc.

I don't know if you got my email Rob? Can I check that you literally just need people to move stuff, not carrying space? I'm trying to get hold of a suitable vehicle to bring and knowing how much stuff we need to move will be helpful.

If I can pull it off what I'm proposing at the moment is picking up Debs and Steve and their stuff and then coming to meet you and pack stuff. If I can get something that has both seats and space then E & C will probably be with me too, otherwise I may be making Disney eyes at Wayne and Dom.

Space is not a problem. I have a 8'x6'x .. erm .. tall enough for me to walk around in at a stoop so maybe 4' high space in the back of the pickup to pack stuff.
If I run of room in there I have the pickup's back seats fore a few odds and ends.

If all goes well on top of that (well towing behind it) I'll have a box trailer too!

to be clear, we're not asking people to pick up extra kit, just to help shift it from cravan to pickup.
