Big thanks to a whole load of people - players, crew & refs- you were great.

I would like to say a big thanks to Mark & Rik for agreeing to ref and pulling the plot threads together and making it stronger.

And it couldn`t have gone off without Woody, JD or Colin - and lets not forget the crew - you were all great.

It never crossed my mind that I wouldn`t run the event when Dave ended up in hospital but the offers of help from all corners was truely amazing.

I`m now going to go and have a bath and I`ll see about getting the photos posted asap.

Event imo was very much ftw as JD's poor ears can probably testify to, as I frothed like a mad loon, until I could see blood coming out of the pores in his skin on the way home.

Thanks to everyone who made the event awesome! It was my first event and I will definitely be back. I REALLY enjoyed dissecting the sandworm and would love to do more dissections! I really didn't think that I'd get to use my vetrinary sciences on my first event.

Thanks to whoever (Tonya?) took the system props (staff weapons etc.) and gave them a bit of sorely needed TLC. They were never expected to last 2 events and they are still going and now look better than ever.
Thanks to the other players who as always put in so much effort and some spankingly good roleplay to boot.
Most of all, thanks Si for a fantastic event. I'm only just now starting to recover. It's hard enough at the best of times without setbacks.
All I need to do now is remove sand from .. everywhere.
