I'll crew this one but I can't garentee me being there, more than likely I'll be there as there are flapjacks, mmmmmmm flapjacks also I have some military kit I can bring along, if you need any pm me and I'll see what I can swipe..............I mean aqure from stores.

One month to go!
For those of you who are crewing only (ie not playing at all) it would be really helpful if you could bring any of the following kit -
Chain shirt (no jaffa should be without one)
Smart casual clothing, whatever you may go out in (but am happy to take to a larp)
Any DPM or military style kit you may have.
Any generic larp kit you fancy dragging along
You don't have to bring it all, and if you don't have any, that's OK, it would just be a great help to us if you can bring one or two bits and pieces.
If you know someone who is coming and does not have access to this board, then please pass this on to them.

Unfortunately I live a full county away now.
Though, it looks like I can get to Macclesfield on public transport with out to much problem...

Looks like I can get to site via public transport on the friday but I may need a lift on the sunday to macclesfield to catch a train.

I will try to make it for Friday, jet lag permitting but save me a bunk, I will be there at some point & hopefully I won't have much in the car, so I should be able to help with returning props.

In case it hasn't been mentioned elsewhere, Ross can't make this event. Well, one of us couldn't, as there are dogs to be cared for, and he gallantly took the hit. He asked that I pass on his apologies for any inconvenience caused and his support for the nominees for System Refs.

Well thank Ross very much indeed for trying, and also looking after the dogs so Polly and yourself could come, it is appreciated.

There is very little, if any bunk space in the crew hut so all crew are advised to bring a camp bed or carry mat etc, so I'm afraid I won't be able to save bunks, there aren't any!
