Hello
After the post game meeting, I have asked the lovely Mr Stacey to add the membership to the website.
So, I would be grateful if you could go to www.stargatelrp.com, download it, fill it in, sent it to me on the address on the form.
I need originals, not emailed copies for the signature.
I would also be grateful if you could add your character names on the back of the form so I can trace who is playing who.
Finally, for those players who are currently under 18, please email me and I will send the relevant forms out to you.

*Edit* I have been asked to point out exactly where is. It has been put with the downloads, just underneath the constitution. If anyone wants one emailing to them, pm me with your email address and I will get one to you.*

I have received so far the grand total of three membership forms.
Yes, three.
I need to all the members details together BEFORE the next event in case of any emergencies etc.
Can you please let me have the forms by the end of August so I can have the membership details up to date.

Please note that everyone will need to have filled in a membership form before they play or crew, as they have important information on them that may be needed in an emergency. I will be bring a stock along with me and bugging you all prior to time in, so please make my job a little easier if you can and have one ready for me 
The last thing we want is to take an unconsious person to the hospital and have to introduce them as their character because we have nothing else to go on.
FORMS MUST BE FILLED IN AND SUBMITTED PRIOR TO TIME IN OR YOU WILL NOT BE COVERED TO PLAY/CREW
