Henrik's site has lots of useful information, and pics too.http://camo.henrikc.dk/index.asp, and there's always Wikipedia! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_camouflage_patterns
I didn't know DPM stood for Disruptive Pattern Material. It's odd the kinds of thoughts that keep you awake enough at 4am to post this kind of... you know _________________ Lt Jacqueline North, RN (now very un-retired and slightly less than happy about it...)

I went for multi-cam, because I thought it looked pretty. _________________ Acting Lt. Col James Bryant

I'm sticking with regular British Army forest green DPM, probably with black jeans Mostly because it's what I've managed to pick up cheap.. Me, sand dune, sore thumb, make your own sentence of comedic value. _________________ Lt Jacqueline North, RN (now very un-retired and slightly less than happy about it...)

Multicam is indeed pretty, sourcing decent replica combat shirts and pants in my size is however, proving fun... _________________ Maj. Richard A. Calvin (Royal (Space) Marines)

Hmm, I picked up some multi-cam dbu's (they seemed to be good quality), I went for XL size because I am big framed, and they were truly fooking huge. I will post you the link broz, when I get back home. XL really was XL! _________________ Acting Lt. Col James Bryant

Heres a good company, had a good chat to them at the Malverns fair last week, www.onpatrol.co.uk. They also make to order both camo and vests and are a genuine supplier to the MOD/HO Police.
cheers

On Patrol are fantastic, got stuff from them before. Nice to see they have propper and truspec multicam for only a little more than I got in the US. I need to remember them for some osprey pouches closer to june, desert DPM work really nicly with multicam.
Thing is getting hold of copies of the combat version uniform with the breathable shirt and built in pads. Just gone and ordered a set from ebairsoft.com, it says XL so there's an element of gamble here, but the stuff has reviewed very well and for multi sham apparently compares well to the real thing, at £55 for a full set i'm sure someone will take it off me if it proves a bit tight. _________________ Maj. I know what you mean, I originally picked up 2XL and it had room for a whole extra arse. It made a nice change to go into a shop and ask for the size down... _________________ Maj. Richard A. Calvin (Royal (Space) Marines)
