I thought it was time to update people at the state of play for the event in a month’s time.

I have now received enough payments to run the event based on my original estimated budget.

I have had a number of people asking me if they can pay £50, but pay at the end of the month due to their pay day.

So the £50 deadline has been extended to the 1st April (inclusive).

I’d like to reiterate why the price rises, it is not there to penalise people or to obtain any more money. It is there to encourage people to pay early enough so that the cash can be spent on props and costume and also to know the full budget, as I (like most people) can’t afford to stump up large amounts of cash on the hope that I’ll have enough players to cover the outgoings. I hope this helps explain why.

I will post a player list (based on people paid) on the 2nd April. So far there are 28 who have said they are coming (not all have paid).

I would like to thank people for there contribution (and I don't just mean cash) to the event especially James Stacey & Richard Croyden, who have been busy creating props including DHD’s, Jaffa costumes and Staff Weapons to name just a few things being created... so far..!
