He's ok. and he always seems stressed. Its more him rushing about with diff ideas and then changing his mind alot that does it....But then again I dont think I ever leave his house quite sober and I dont smoke.
And yea I did hear about the show in devon that got cancled due to lack of security/ the guy running off with the cash or something.
He currently has very limited internet access so I suggest if you wana mail order make sure its not last min. Though i believe sue said she was having the phone sorted soon so they could get the broadband back.
I basicly live around the corner from him and occationally get roped into slicing and packaging and a whole array of different things. like I went down there yesterday to give sue a bday gift and I ended up weighing and packaging about 3000g of jerky and I still need to sew a parachute for him before the weekend.
Good to see I have a few orders for him already.
Anything in particular you want... Flavours??? _________________ Force field Kitty.....

Depends on the packet. It can be anywhere from £2 to £4.50.
He does alot of things at the moment but Im not sure how much he has in stock.
There are alot of beef flavours... marmite, lea and perins, jack daniels teryaki, spicy, extra spicy and blow your head off, wine and black pepper, smoked, and a variety of herbed/spiced types that are hard to discribe unless you taste them.
He does trail mix packs, biltong, "rat on a stick", fruit leathers (sheets of dried fruit purees in different flavours) very nice, Vegan jerky (marinaded tofo or mushrooms) Not one of my favs personally,
let see.... Chicken jerky (and yes it is cooked before hand) in different flavours. Im not sure if he has any rabbit left. Sometimes he does venision, but thats normally seasonal (depending on when the culling is in margam)
I saw him making fish in plum sauce jerky the other day... not one of my favs but alot of people lik it.
He also does a variety of spicy smoked pickels... (beetroot, onions) and a few other things in jars. it varies dependant on stock levels.
Hope thats of some help. _________________ Force field Kitty.....
