Calvin, being sick of pussy 5.56 has picked up a .50 Beowulf and it'd be nice to have some rounds to stick in my spare mags, anyone have any ideas?

That's BMG, massively over priced at that. _________________ Maj. Richard A. Calvin (Royal (Space) Marines)

The .50AE is a pistol round as used by the IMI Desert Eagle and similar stupidly big pistols.
This Beowolf .50 round appears to be a different animal altogether but the .50AE is a lot closer than the BMG

Indeed, beowulf is a little longer with a much smaller rim. Still AE will (apparently) fit into an armalite mag and it looks nicer than chopping up some 14mm copper pipe. _________________ Maj. Richard A. Calvin (Royal (Space) Marines)

As far as BMG goes Cobbaton Combat was £2.50, they've gone up to £3.25 now they appear to only have AP, which were always more pricey.
Might be worth asking James to pick some up from andy & bax. _________________ Maj. Richard A. Calvin (Royal (Space) Marines)
